·Members in good standing – meaning all debts to Spring Lake Inc. and Spring Lake Sewer Company are paid in full – are encouraged to attend. Two (2) meals per shareholder/household will be provided.
·Members not in good standing may attend the meeting at their expense but may not vote.
·The Spring Lake Annual Meeting will be followed immediately by the Annual Meeting for the Spring Lake Sewer Company.
